Ingredients
- 12 ozchicken breast
- 1.5 cupswhite rice(dry (jasmine or basmati))
- 3 cupschicken broth(low sodium)
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- 1/2 tsppaprika
- 1/2 tspsalt
- 2 tbspfresh parsley(chopped, for garnish)

Cook rice in chicken broth: combine in a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
