- 2 largeavocados(ripe, halved and pitted)
- 3 tbspGreek yogurt(or light mayo)
- 1 stalkcelery(finely chopped)
- 2 tbspred onion(finely diced)
- 1 tbspDijon mustard
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 2 tbspfresh parsley(chopped)
