- 12 ozlean ground turkey(93% lean)
- 8 leavesbutter lettuce or romaine(large, for wrapping)
- 1/2 cupwater chestnuts(canned, diced)
- 2 clovesgarlic(minced)
- 1 tspfresh ginger(grated)
- 2 tbsplow-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsphoisin sauce
- 1 tspsesame oil
- 1 tsprice vinegar
- 2 stalksgreen onion(sliced)
- 1 tspavocado oil(for cooking)
Instructions

Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up, for 5–6 minutes until no longer pink.

Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in water chestnuts and pour the sauce over the turkey mixture.

Cook for another 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce is absorbed.
