Ingredients

  • 1 cupmixed frozen berries(strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 scoopvanilla or berry protein powder(~25g protein)
  • 1/2 cupGreek yogurt(0% fat)
  • 1 cupunsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbspchia seeds
  • 1/2 mediumbanana(frozen)

Instructions

    Add all ingredients to a blender.
