  • 1 mediumbanana(frozen for thickness)
  • 1 scoopvanilla protein powder(~25g protein)
  • 1/2 cupGreek yogurt(0% fat)
  • 1 cupunsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cupmango chunks(frozen)
  • 1 tbspflaxseeds
